What You'll Do
The ideal candidate is a 0-1 visionary who is passionate about using AI in building new product offerings that meaningfully reduce toil and make logistics better.
  • Seek truth. Go onsite; shadow users; get user feedback; act as a user all in search of the truth. Use that knowledge to build the product vision.
  • Write detailed product requirements, narratives, and technical specifications.
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of AI-driven agents for the logistics world by working closely with engineering, product design, and data science teams.
  • Oversee implementations with a few customers and devise implementation plans for scale deployment, including self-onboarding and self-serve help.
  • Work closely with the founders and commercial organization on go-to-market plans and pricing.

What We're Looking For
  • Have 6+ years of product management or related industry experience.
  • Experience building delightful software products for complex industries with a physical layer like logistics.
  • Obtained a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, build 0-1, and adapt in a rapid-growth startup.
  • Proven experience working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, and guide the team through key milestones.
  • Showcase strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills, along with proven communication abilities.
  • Insatiable curiosity, undying passion, and ownership to take on hard real-world problems.

Bonus Points For
  • Experience building AI agentic applications.
  • Experience with Open AI, Anthropic, Llama, and other leading LLMs and Cartesia, Eleven Labs voice models.
  • Master's further education or experience in engineering or computer science.
  • Prior experience in Logistics, Freight brokerage, Shipping, and Warehouse technologies.
  • Machine learning, operations research and optimization, developing large software systems, logistics & fulfillment industry, pricing algorithms, shipping technology.
  • Rich GitHub or hackathon accolades, or other ways you can show that you love to build.

  • Independent Service Oriented Architectures with services composed of:
    • Node, Typescript, MySQL RDS, SQS, SNS.
    • React and Redux for UI.
  • We run on AWS.
