As a Senior Product Associate in Claims, Disputes, Fraud and Operations, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization, including the use of AI-powered tools and automation, to make a significant impact. You use user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative, technology-driven products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success, while driving the adoption of AI solutions to enhance efficiency and value.

 
Job responsibilities
  • Collaborates with engineering teams using modern IDEs such as VSCode and BMAD to streamline product delivery
  • Leverages AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to enhance product development and automation
  • Supports agile delivery using ADF (Agile Delivery Framework) tools and best practices
  • Champions the integration of AI and automation into product features and workflows
  • Partners with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in product offerings
  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
 
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Hands-on experience with modern development environments (e.g., VSCode, BMAD)
  • Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code
  • Experience working in agile teams and using agile delivery frameworks (e.g., ADF)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
 
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience integrating AI and automation into product development processes
  • Background in claims, disputes, fraud, or operations within financial services
  • Exposure to cloud-based development environments and DevOps practices
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and adopt new technologies in product teams
  • Certification in agile methodologies or product management is a plus
  • Experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business
