Regional Sales Manager for Sales Region in Germany

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) based in Germany to manage and expand our German Sales Region (NRW / Niedersachsen / Sachsen-Anhalt / Berlin / Hamburg / Bremen / Meck.-Pom.)

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand the existing customer base in the Sales region
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers
  • Build and maintain long‑term business relationships
  • Conduct product presentations and provide technical consultations on‑site
  • Participate in trade fairs, industry events, and customer training sessions
  • Provide regular reporting to the Sales Management and maintain the CRM system
  • Closely collaborate with our team in the German branch and the headquarters in Italy
Your Profile
  • Residence in Germany (willingness to travel extensively within the Sales region)
  • Professional experience in technical sales, ideally in industrial equipment or mechanical engineering
  • Confident appearance with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent, structured, and customer‑oriented working style
  • Good English skills; Dutch or French language skills are a plus
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 50–70%)
