We are looking to grow our due diligence team and support our Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) with report writing, data interpretation and project management. The successful candidate will manage environmental assessments with support from our junior staff and senior staff in the due diligence group. In this position, we hope the right candidate can serve as a resource for junior staff, develop new client relationships, and prepare proposals, cost estimates and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology or related science field
  • Minimum of 6+ years' related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 12 years' related experience.
  • Certification in field of expertise required.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.

Conduct Phase I,II, Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
Understand the local regulations and effectively communicate to our clients how to achieve and maintain compliance with environmental regulations
Performs site visits, field observations and field data collection or assignments.
Implements technical requirements to complete client projects by directing and supervising field staff to sample, test and collect data and/or document site activities.
Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
Demonstrate quality practices and acumen.
Responsible for developing written proposals to clients for approval by senior level professionals.
Provide consistent quality standards on proposal and project delivery.
May assist more senior Scientists/Geologists/Engineers on large, more complex projects.
Evaluates moderately complex laboratory and field data and assembles in written reports.
May serve as team member or participate in meetings and communications with client pertaining to specific projects/tasks.
Evaluate problems and develop practical solutions that enable our clients to achieve and maintain compliance with environmental regulations
