As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Requirements:

  • Active RBT Certification: Must have an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification to be considered for this position.

  • Experience Working with Children with Autism: Preferred experience working with children with autism.

  • Strong Communication and Teamwork Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with the clinical team.

  • Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.

  • Dependable and Professional Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor.

  • Compassionate and Passionate about Working with Children: Must be passionate about working with children and willing to go the extra mile to make a positive impact.
