AllSeason Solar & Roofing is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach potential solar system & Roofing buyers.

The marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics.

The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help the company’s reputation and growth.

Responsibilities: ** This is an office position not a remote position **

  • Oversee all marketing campaigns for TV, Radio, Direct Mail, Promotional Events, Web Based & Referral Leads
  • Direct and plan programs by using direct mail, internet advertising, store displays, special events and social media to increase sales.
  • Build landing pages and funnels for various area target demographics (Neighbors)

Qualification:

  • Minimum 1-2 Years Designing Landing Page Experience
  • Familiarity or knowledge of the solar energy industry is a definite plus.
  • Experience with adobe photoshop or other design platforms
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in HTML and CSS
  • Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing SEO/Social Media and Web Marketing Services) and market research methods.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Solutions & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Web development tools desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • A degree in marketing, communications or equivalent preferred.
