Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Type: Full-time | 24/7 Dispatch Center
Pay: $25/hour

The Role

As a Dispatcher, you'll be the communication hub between our drivers, airline partners, and operations control center (OCC). You'll manage time-sensitive flight schedules, monitor vehicle movements, and support our team to deliver safe, on-time transportation across the country.

This is a fast-paced, mission-critical position requiring sharp attention to detail, calm under pressure, and a passion for service excellence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor trip schedules to ensure on-time performance and compliance. 
  • Communicate directly with drivers, airline crew members, and OCC in real time. 
  • Track vehicle locations via GPS and geofencing software. 
  • Adjust routes and dispatch assignments based on changing flight conditions. 
  • Handle high call volumes with professionalism and urgency. 
  • Accurately document calls, incidents, and schedule updates. 
  • Uphold company values of Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Growth, and Raving Fan Service.
     
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of dispatch experience (transportation, logistics, or similar). 
  • 4+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume setting. 
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficient with GPS/tracking software and Microsoft Office. 
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive in fast-changing situations. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
     
What We Offer

Pay: $25/hour, full time only
Shift Available: Mid Shift (4pm - 12am) - weekends and holidays required. No schedule restrictions.
