Job description

CDR General Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Account Executive to join our growing staffing team near Plano, TX. This role is focused on driving new businesses, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence within the Plano, Garland, and Richardson markets. The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Job Details:
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Plano, TX
Pay: Base Salary starting at $50,000-$65,000 + Commissions + Client Acquisition Bonuses
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week (Weekends as needed).
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the staffing and recruiting industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in manufacturing, light industrial, and other sectors
  • Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, and networking to generate leads and close new accounts
  • Present staffing solutions including temp, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire services
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Track sales activity and meet or exceed revenue targets
Qualifications:
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
