We are a fast-growing pavement maintenance company looking for a hands-on General Manager to run day-to-day field operations. We provide line striping, sealcoating, crack filling, asphalt repairs, sweeping, and snow services.
This role involves managing crews and doing field work when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily field operations and crews
- Run projects from start to finish
- Perform site surveys and take measurements
- Maintain equipment and prepare materials for jobs
- Identify additional work while on-site
- Assist with scheduling and quality control
Requirements:
- Experience in construction, asphalt, landscaping, or similar trades
- Ability to lead crews
- Mechanical skills for equipment upkeep
- Valid drivers license
- Able to work outdoors and lift equipment
- Flexible schedule during peak season/weather
Preferred:
- Line striping or sealcoating experience
- Asphalt repair experience
