Ready to make an impact, and build something from the ground up? We are seeking a entrepreneurial-mindset, results-driven General Manager to join us in Moon Township, PA.

Backed by the resources, relationships, industry expertise, and recruiting infrastructure of Lunova Group, a new Staffing & Workforce Solutions company is being launched to serve clients across the Industrial, Skilled Trades, Building Services, and Critical Infrastructure sectors. Focused on contract staffing, workforce solutions, contract-to-hire recruiting, and workforce augmentation, we're looking for a proven staffing leader to help build and scale the business from day one.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced staffing or workforce solutions professional who wants to create something meaningful while leveraging the support of an established organization. Working directly with ownership, you'll help shape the company's strategy, build and lead the team, drive revenue growth, and establish a scalable foundation for long-term success.

If you've successfully grown staffing operations, built high-performing teams, managed P&Ls, developed client relationships, and thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do: Business Growth & Client Development
  • Develop and execute the company's growth strategy, go-to-market plan, and long-term business objectives.
  • Drive new client acquisition and build strategic workforce solutions partnerships across industrial, skilled trades, field service, and critical infrastructure markets.
  • Develop relationships with executives, operations leaders, HR teams, and talent acquisition professionals while expanding the company's market presence.
Leadership & Operations
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and lead recruiting, sales, and operational team members.
  • Build scalable staffing, recruiting, and workforce management processes that support future growth.
  • Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability, service excellence, and results.
Business & Financial Management
  • Maintain overall responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, and business performance.
  • Monitor key operational and financial metrics while driving continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Partner with ownership to shape the long-term vision, structure, and strategic direction of the business.
What You Bring to the Team:
  • Successful leadership experience within staffing, workforce solutions, recruiting, or related service-based industries.
  • Strong rack record in building, scaling, or leading staffing operations, business units, or workforce solutions programs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, with experience managing teams through periods of rapid growth.
  • Proven ability to grow and scale a business through client acquisition, relationship management, revenue generation, and P&L ownership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building businesses and leading teams.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Ready to Join Us?

If you're ready to build something meaningful, drive growth, and play a direct role in launching and scaling a new staffing and workforce solutions company, we'd love to hear from you.

We welcome candidates with experience as a General Manager, Managing Director, Regional Vice President, Area Vice President, Director of Operations, Staffing Practice Leader, Branch Leader, Workforce Solutions Director, Business Unit Leader, or similar leadership roles. Experience within staffing, workforce solutions, contract-to-hire recruiting, industrial services, skilled trades, building operations, construction, capital equipment, field service or related industries are encouraged to apply.
