General Construction Laborer

We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking General Construction Laborers to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals with commercial construction experience who enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced construction environment. We are looking for motivated employees who take pride in their work, follow safety procedures, and work well with a team.

Schedule
  • Monday – Friday
  • Weekends optional
  • Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Varies depending on job site)
  • Overtime opportunities may be available
Job DutiesAs a General Construction Laborer, responsibilities may include:
  • Loading and unloading construction and building materials
  • Demolition and site clean-up
  • Removing debris and materials from job sites
  • Digging, trenching, and grading
  • Assisting skilled tradesmen on commercial job sites
  • Operating and using basic construction hand tools safely
  • Following job site safety procedures and company policies
  • Performing general labor tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of continuous commercial construction experience
  • On-the-job safety training with a licensed commercial contractor preferred
  • Ability to safely lift 25 pounds or more
  • Must wear all required PPE while on construction sites
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
