We’re looking for the rare one — the person who can build, solve problems, lead a crew, and still get their hands dirty.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Hands-on construction across multiple trades (carpentry, framing, finish, light electrical/plumbing a plus)
  • Running small projects or crews
  • Solving problems in the field and keeping jobs moving
  • Reading plans and executing work correctly
  • Working directly with ownership on a variety of projects

Compensation:

$75,000 - $120,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Perform skilled work across multiple trades, including carpentry, framing, finish work, and general construction
  • Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Complete repairs, installations, and modifications on a variety of construction projects
  • Assist with layout, measurements, and material preparation
  • Troubleshoot field issues and develop practical solutions
  • Maintain high standards for workmanship and job site safety
  • Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and crew members to keep projects on schedule
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and light construction equipment
  • Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on construction experience

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in the field
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and common construction equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of job site safety practices and OSHA standards
