The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Construction Technician professional who can confidently work across multiple residential trades. You’ll be involved in projects from demolition and framing through finish work and final details.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform demolition, framing, and structural modifications

  • Install doors, windows, trim, casing, and baseboards

  • Complete general remodeling and repair work

  • Work across multiple residential trades

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

  • Work independently and with our team and subcontractors

  • Deliver quality workmanship without cutting corners

Required Qualifications

This position is for experienced multi-trade professionals. Applicants must meet ALL requirements:

  • 3+ years of residential construction, remodeling, or carpentry experience

  • Proven experience in at least 3 residential trades, including:

  • Carpentry

  • Drywall

  • Flooring

  • Electrical

  • Plumbing

  • Strong framing, trim carpentry, and finish carpentry skills

  • Ability to read plans, troubleshoot problems, and work independently

  • Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance

  • Reliable transportation — truck, van, or SUV preferred

  • Basic set of power tools

  • Available for full-time work and occasional overtime

If you do not have 3+ years of experience AND experience in at least 3 residential trades, this position is not a fit.
