What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Interior and exterior painting projects

• Surface preparation, including sanding, patching, caulking, and priming

• Applying paint, stain, and specialty coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers

• Drywall taping, mudding, texturing, and finishing

• Cabinet and trim painting (spray experience is highly valued)

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Communicating professionally with homeowners, team members, and management

• Ensuring projects are completed on schedule and exceed quality expectations

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional painting and drywall finishing experience

• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and surface preparation

• Experience with drywall taping, mudding, and finishing

• Basic personal painting tools

• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using airless and HVLP sprayers

• High-end cabinet spraying and finishing experience

• Vehicle capable of transporting tools and materials

• Ability to transport equipment such as ladders and painting supplies
