Our Assistant Managers are responsible for maintaining our restaurants exceptionally clean and well run. He or she will assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations and in managing the restaurant staff. This includes executing the Wendy's operating system and company policies. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must, as well as people motivation and business acumen.

The Assistant Manager reports to the General Manager and some of the duties include:
