Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in supervising staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.

  • Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff during shifts.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

  • Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and training of employees.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

  • Help manage restaurant financial performance, including labor and food costs.

  • Lead by example and foster a positive team environment.

  • Step into the General Manager role when they are not present.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in the restaurant industry.
