Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 to lead food services for Southwest Community Schools in Sullivan, Indiana. This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about K12 dining and motivated by making a meaningful daily impact on students, staff, and the broader school community.

As the GM, you will oversee all aspects of the food service program while shaping a positive and engaging dining experience across the district. You'll lead and develop onsite teams, strengthen client and school partnerships, and ensure programs consistently deliver quality, efficiency, and innovation. Beyond daytoday operations, this role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement, elevate service standards, and build a culture of pride and accountability.
