Restaurant Manager

Chick-fil-A | Full-Time Up to $20/hr

We're looking for a passionate, servant-hearted leader to join our leadership team as a Restaurant Manager, overseeing either Front-of-House (FOH) or Back-of-House (BOH) operations.

What You'll Do
We have openings on both our Front of House and Back of House leadership teams. We will assess your best fit and desired business area through the interview process.Front of House Leadership
  • Lead daily operations in all service channels.
  • Ensure every guest receives genuine hospitality and exceptional service.
  • Coach and develop team members to meet brand and business expectations.
  • Achieve goals for Fast Service, Order Accuracy, Cleanliness, and Guest Satisfaction.
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
Back of House Leadership
  • Lead kitchen operations with a focus on food safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Ensure all food is prepared according to Chick-fil-A standards.
  • Manage inventory, food cost, waste, and product rotation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
  • Coach kitchen team members on procedures, equipment, and food quality.
Leadership Responsibilities
  • Train, coach, and develop team members.
  • Build a positive, encouraging, and accountable team culture.
  • Manage labor to meet business needs while controlling costs.
  • Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvements.
