The company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team and oversee commercial construction projects in the $20 million to $40 million range. This position is crucial for ensuring successful project execution, from the start of construction to project completion. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing daily on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards for each project. The ideal candidate will be an experienced construction professional with a proven track record in commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage on-site construction activities for commercial projects ranging from $20 million to $40 million.
