Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Laborer role based in Kokomo, IN. The General Laborer will assist with a variety of construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and basic use of hand and power tools under supervision. Daily responsibilities may include loading and unloading materials, setting up and breaking down work areas, and supporting skilled trades professionals (such as carpenters or concrete workers) as needed. The role requires following safety procedures, maintaining a clean and organized job site, and completing assigned tasks efficiently.
