As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to help individuals and families protect what matters most to them. Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and community events.
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Persistently follow up with leads and actively manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills and willingness to learn new software and technology tools.

Active Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License.
