Requirements

Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.

Clear, articulate verbal communication skills for phone and in-person consultations.

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while maintaining client focus.

Strong organizational habits to manage follow-ups and pipeline activity.

Previous experience in a goal-oriented sales environment.

Residency within a reasonable commuting distance to our Laurel office.
