In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to our clinic's standards.
• Manage your calendar by scheduling appointments and maintaining communication with clients regarding their ongoing care.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, discuss cases, and provide mutual support, which fosters a continuous learning environment.
• Utilize our billing services for claims processing, client accounts receivable, and other administrative functions, streamlining your workflow.

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals and couples of all ages dealing with various mental health challenges. This role will involve working with clients across different backgrounds and care needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to relate to clients and understand their unique experiences will be integral to their therapeutic progress.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.
• Current LCSW licensure to practice independently in the state of Georgia.
• Strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent organizational skills coupled with the ability to manage your own schedule effectively.
• A self-motivated and self-sufficient mindset, with the ambition to contribute to positive client outcomes.

Familiarity with a range of therapeutic approaches and a proven record of achieving client success are desirable traits. Additionally, experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems will be viewed favorably as it aligns with our clinic’s operational standards.
