Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gateway Behavioral Health Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and providing evidence-based individual and couples therapy tailored to the needs of clients across various age groups and backgrounds.
• Utilizing a dedicated billing service to manage claims, track client accounts, verify insurance benefits, and develop payment plans, allowing you to focus on therapy rather than administrative tasks.
• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and client records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Scheduling and coordinating ongoing appointments with clients, while keeping your calendar organized to facilitate optimal time management.
• Demonstrating the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches based on a variety of clinical presentations, which may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must fulfill the following qualifications:

• A valid LCSW license, allowing for independent practice in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a relevant field.
• Demonstrated professionalism, excellent therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, self-motivation, and adept organizational skills.
• Ability to commit to a full-time schedule of at least 20-25 hours per week, with availability for a minimum of two evening sessions each week.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your candidacy:

• Significant experience and training working with couples, enriching your therapeutic toolbox.
• Advanced therapeutic methodologies, including trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or other evidence-based practices.
• Experience in settings that prioritize collaborative approaches among healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers competitive compensation, with an annual salary of $70,000 to $100,000, plus the potential for additional bonuses. Benefits include:
