What You'll Do
  • Handle all social media accounts related to inbound and outbound customer support, covering Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high happiness.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and internal operations teams to maintain consistent messaging and service quality.
  • Track social media trends, evaluating the effect of social interaction across different platforms.
  • Develop and successfully implement programs to improve dedication and engagement, such as the "Social Care Loyalty Program".
  • Build comprehensive social media reports and dashboards to track performance and engagement metrics.
  • Suggest strategies to improve key performance indicators like response time and engagement rate.
  • Ensure all social media activities strictly adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
