Job Overview

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provide recommendations and conclusions based on data reports and analysis.

  • Identify trends in reports and potential opportunity areas and develop recurring reports for the operations team.

  • Administer office management support to maintain a productive office environment including submitting work orders, tracking of Customer PO's, expense reports, ordering office supplies, and maintaining corporate files in accordance with retention policies.

  • Advise and administer of all site security protocol and badging.

  • Monitor, control, and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals

  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

  • Assist managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationship through regular meetings and communications

  • Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements

  • Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets

  • Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner

  • Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations

  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualification

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/ or Experience:

High school diploma / GED , Associate's degree preferred

Two to three years of experience as an operations coordinator or similar role

Experience in the customer service field is a preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Required to have a valid Driver's license and clean driving record

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Solid computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office

Basic bookkeeping skills

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities
