  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a vocal, proactive team member; communicate complex ideas clearly; and maintain visibility with upper management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address potential issues.

What We're Looking For

  • Product Expertise: Extensive experience in product management and/or product development in software or live services.
  • Market Experience: Previous experience developing, launching and live operating RPGs in mobile.
  • Analytical Thinking: Comfortable interpreting data and market trends to guide decision-making, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • User experience knowledge: understanding of player behavior and user experience, with the ability to connect player needs to product and company goals.
  • Prioritization Skills: Skilled in managing backlogs, setting goals, and choosing the right tools and techniques to achieve high-quality results.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated: Skilled at leading multiple cross-functional teams, mentoring talent, and creating an environment that drives engagement, growth, and results.

Bonus Points

  • Live Operation Experience: previous working experience with live softwares.
  • Genre Experience: precious experience in either 4X strategy or Action RPG games.
  • Bachelor Degree in Video Game Design and Development
