Gate guards are security professionals responsible for monitoring and controlling access to a specific property, facility, or area. Their main duties include checking identification, logging visitors, inspecting vehicles, and ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises. Gate guards play a critical role in maintaining safety and security by preventing unauthorized access and responding to security incidents as needed. They may work at entrances to residential communities, commercial buildings, industrial sites, or event venues.

To thrive as a Gate Guard, you need a basic understanding of security procedures, attention to detail, and often a high school diploma or equivalent.
