Job description

Responsibilities include assisting the head coach with the organizing and directing all aspects of a successful and competitive collegiate program. The recruitment of qualified student-athletes and a demonstrated commitment to their personal, athletic, and academic success are essential. Responsibilities may also include recruiting, travel management, scheduling, player development, and budget management. This is a part-time appointment.
  • Assist in the process of recruiting prospective qualified student-athletes.
  • Assist in the development and supervision of practice and game planning.
  • Assist with the organization of team travel.
  • Effectively demonstrates technical skills at the collegiate level
  • Assist with fundraising.
  • Ensure compliance with all College, NCAA Division III and CNE policies and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as required by the Head Men's and Women’s Tennis Coach
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Previous coaching experience at the secondary and/or college level preferred
