We’re looking for a Funding Coordinator to join our dynamic Funding Department and play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination between our company, customers, and funding partners.


About the Role

The Funding Coordinator supports the Funding Department by maintaining efficient administrative workflows, managing incoming and outgoing contracts, and ensuring that all client and dealer communications are handled with accuracy and professionalism.

You’ll be responsible for reviewing funding packages, managing documentation, and preparing files for electronic scanning — all while keeping the department organized and on track. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.


This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both from home and in-office.


Work Location: 4080 McGinnis Ferry Road Building 500 Suite 502, Alpharetta, GA 30005


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and review incoming finance packages for completeness and accuracy.
  • Communicate daily with dealerships, customers, and internal team members to resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare booked files for electronic scanning and coordinate with Funding leadership.
  • Send and track outgoing department mail, including returned finance packages.
  • Manage the collection of stipulations and funding documents to meet requirements.
  • Maintain and update client information in CRM and other tracking systems.
  • Organize, compile, and distribute all necessary documentation to fund assigned transactions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure funding packages meet all criteria.
  • Verify pricing, terms, and fee structures for accuracy.
  • Support department projects and contribute to continuous process improvement.
