  • $49,920/year (Base Hourly Pay $24.00/hour) plus Monthly Commissions.

About the Position:
The Sales Development Representative is an entry level position responsible for making and answering calls to loan applicants through an automated dialer to qualify and collect basic client information to see if the applicant qualifies for one of the National Funding programs. This position will be the first point of contact with our potential clients and should expect to handle 200-300 calls daily. Primary responsibilities will include assisting in the sales process, addressing customer inquiries, answering questions about loan application, collecting required loan package documents, and presenting all pertinent information to the credit team to streamline the credit approval process.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Engage with loan applicants through high volume outbound calling, texting, and emailing.
  • Establish connection with customers over the phone; build an environment of trust through responsive service and understanding needs.
  • Listen attentively to customer questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage completion of the application package.
  • Obtain complete and accurate customer information and other details as necessary; enter all information in designated database accurately.
  • Maintain clear records of all conversations in designated database.
  • Follow communication scripts and advertise our products to interested customers in a manner that is professional and honest while adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits of services offered.
  • Stay updated on company products, services and industry trends through ongoing training.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all customer PII and Company records.

  • High school diploma required, undergraduate degree preferred
  • Strong and confident voice on the phone with the ability to take control of the phone call & create a relationship with our potential client at first contact
  • Independent and Go-getter mindset with a clear sense of urgency

  • Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) a plus. Proficient in MS Office.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
