Responsibilities

  • Review and work daily exception reports
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual reviews of loan portfolio
  • Update the Subservicer’s systems as needed
  • Partner with the subservicing teams for loan boarding and MERS updates
  • Monitor and service a portfolio of complex mortgage loans throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate maintenance of terms, interest rates, and payment structures.
  • Help Internal teams with identifying the root cause of errors
  • Effective communication with a wide variety of internal parties to resolve loan level issues
  • Respond to email requests from AE’s and Brokers on behalf of borrowers
  • Ensure all servicing activity adheres to investor (e.g., Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA) and regulatory requirements, including RESPA, TILA, and CFPB guidelines.
  • Work tasks that require loan level updating
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must-have:

  • 3+ years of Servicing experience or equivalent knowledge
  • Great analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with MS Excel
  • Experience with MSP (Black Knight)
  • Ability to handle multiple work items at the same time
  • High School Diploma

Nice-to-have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Familiar with I Assist, FHA Connection, Valeri, and Docutech, Edge, Ease
  • Knowledge of loan boarding and/or MERS processing
  • Experience with special or non-standard loan products
