Job Description

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in IBM FileNet Testing and exposure to test automation.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Functional Testing in IBM FileNet and Case Manager.
  • At least 4 years of experience in test case creation and test execution.
  • At least 2 years of combined experience in automation tools viz. Selenium, Cucumber and UFT
  • Working experience with Health Insurance domain.
  • Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
  • Excellent analytical and client interfacing skills.
  • Has worked in test lead roles requiring taking care of lead activities in all phases of projects, building and mentoring teams.
  • Have proven ability of being an independent and team player in all aspects of project life cycle.

Experience in the following:

  • Requirement analysis and interaction with Business Clients for clarifications
  • Creation of Test Strategy based on Requirements.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager; provide input into Project Planning activities for testing related tasks.
  • Create and maintain deliverables and test plans for release, review with all stakeholders and obtain necessary sign offs.
  • Participate in Scrum meetings and provide status to PMs/Scrum Master and management on Testing.
  • Collaborate with tech leads, release management to get environments ready for Testing.
  • Ensures Testing standards are followed.
  • Review and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
  • Run smoke testing to ensure code deployment to testing environments.
  • Participate in defect resolution including attending defect coordination meetings and assigning defects to team.
  • Pro-actively analyze current processes and practices and suggest/drive improvements
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
