Job description

Summary: Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the full-time Warehouse Associate position is responsible for assisting in warehouse activities including loading, repacking, inventory, receiving, and maintenance.The Warehouse Associate will assist management with warehouse operations which include inventory management, fleet management, warehouse management, and day-to-day operations geared towards safety, compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accuracy in loading and complying with shipper/receiver documentation and follow warehouse processes in building loads while maintaining a clean and safe work environment within company safety and Red Bull North America's (RBNA) standards.
  • Ensure product is rotated on trucks and in warehouse in accordance with expiration dates.
  • Properly clean and repackage product as set forth by Red Bull North America's (RBNA) standards.
  • Appropriately dispose of damaged and/or Out of Code product once approved by the Warehouse Manager.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse by disposing of trash daily, sweeping floors daily and using floor scrubbers periodically.
  • Work from order sheets to build loads using a forklift and electronic pallet jack.
  • Assist where needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Prior warehouse experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem solving and mathematical skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment.
  • Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Proficiency with automation tools and electronic devices (e.g., phones, computers).
  • Forklift certification preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must hold a clean driver's license.
  • Clear background and drug test.

Physical Requirements:

  • Repeatedly lifting 25 pounds including overhead multiple times daily.
  • Moving/pushing/pulling carts/dolly that weigh up to 75 pounds repeatedly on a daily basis.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting while driving.
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently.
  • Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
  • Work in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
