Job description:

We are seeking experiencedWeaver/Fixersto join a growing manufacturing team producing high-performance geosynthetic materials used in infrastructure, environmental, and civil engineering projects. This position is ideal for candidates with textile manufacturing or industrial weaving experience who enjoy troubleshooting equipment and maintaining high quality standards.

Location:Franklin, KY

Shift:Full-Time 1st Shift

Pay:$21.00-$25.00/hr

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor Itema rapier weaving looms.
  • Perform pattern changeovers and verify proper machine setup.
  • Inspect woven materials for defects and stop equipment when repairs are needed.
  • Verify correct doff lengths and pattern accuracy after changeovers.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs.
  • Assist with doffing and support maintenance personnel as needed.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on weaving equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience operating industrial weaving equipment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience as a weaver, fixer, warper, tie-in operator, or in a textile manufacturing environment is highly desired.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic math, measurement, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
