About the Opportunity
Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building sophisticated software systems and infrastructure at scale.
We are seeking a Backend Software Engineer to design, build, and operate reliable services that support critical product workflows.
What You'll Do
  • Build production backend services using TypeScript, Python, and Go.
  • Design and implement scalable APIs and distributed services.
  • Develop data processing and asynchronous workflows.
  • Design robust service architectures and integrations.
  • Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and observability.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable, well-tested code.
  • Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
  • Work closely with Product and other engineering teams.

What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of backend software engineering experience.
  • Strong experience with TypeScript, Python, or Go.
  • Experience building production APIs and backend services.
  • Strong understanding of databases and data modeling.
