Job Description

  • Draft complaints and manage filing and service processes
  • Draft and respond to written discovery
  • Drive completion of discovery and follow up on outstanding responses
  • Prepare deficiency letters, motions, and related correspondence
  • Assist attorneys with depositions, exhibits, and trial preparation
  • Manage cases from filing through resolution and ensure continuous progress
  • Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and status updates
  • Track discovery and workflows using Smartsheet and related systems
  • Identify next steps and proactively move matters forward without prompting
  • Utilize Microsoft Copilot and other technology tools to improve efficiency and document review
  • Support attorneys by creating systems and processes that maximize productivity

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Strong written discovery experience
  • Ability to independently manage multiple cases
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Proactive mindset and sense of ownership
  • Experience with Excel and workflow tools preferred
