Position: Full Time Social Worker
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM 
Salary: $75,000–$85,000/year

Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
  • LMSW license (Michigan license upon acceptance).
  • Minimum 3 years of professional social work experience.
  • Leadership experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
  • Program development experience preferred.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
