Job description

Our home health care agency is expanding and searching for a dedicated and professional Receptionist to support our Tampa Home Health office. We hire dependable and thoughtful talent who take pride in supporting both our clinicians and patients. Come join an amazing agency that values their employees.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Greet clinicians, visitors, and other guests entering the office.

• Support daily office operations as directed by management.

• Assist clinical and administrative staff with general office needs.

• Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents.

• Assist with maintaining an organized and professional office environment.

• Provide administrative support to help ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the Tampa Home Health office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of healthcare receptionist or medical office experience required.

• Home health experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional and courteous phone etiquette.

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
