Job Summary and Responsibilities

Job Summary

Provide video production, digital media creation to support CommonSpirit Health goals and objectives. Serve as creative and production lead on Quality and CommonSpirit Health media initiatives. Provide media creation support to improve patient care and staff education.

  • Create and manage digital media, including video production, imagery and other digital assets to support the Quality Department’s goals and integration of Dignity Health and CHI to CommonSpirit Health.
  • Partner with goal leads and hospital staff to produce informative educational content in support of quality improvement initiatives to ensure high quality care for patients.
  • Implement project production by serving as field equipment operator, media editor, and designer of digital assets.
  • Utilize various software and internet-based services to accomplish the quality objectives of CommonSpirit Health.
  • Research software and processes to support quality objectives.
  • Collaborates with other media leads throughout the system to ensure that all CommonSpirit Health Quality media meet the highest standards.
Job Requirements

Required Education and Experience

  • Min. 5 years’ experience in digital media production.
  • Bachelors Other in video, media creation.
  • Hands-on experience with commonly used professional video and editing systems, including camcorders, DSLRs, non-linear editing and graphics stations.
  • Experience with Abobe Creative Cloud apps – Premiere, PhotoShop, InDesign, and others.
  • Experience developing and implementing scripts and project outlines.
