About the Role 
As an Video Editor at NinjaOne, you will help create and maintain video content that supports training, onboarding, and product education. Reporting to the Manager, Video Content, you will work closely with the Training & Enablement team to produce clear, engaging content that helps employees and customers better understand NinjaOne’s products, features, and workflows. This role is ideal for someone with strong editing fundamentals, creative instincts, and a team-first mindset. You should be excited to bring ideas to life through video, contribute to script and content development, and grow your craft in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Location - Hybrid in Austin, TX or Tampa, FL In the office 2+ days per week (Tues, & Thurs) 
  
What You’ll be Doing 
  • Produce, edit, and maintain training, onboarding, and product-focused video content using non-linear editing software 
  • Create engaging content primarily focused on NinjaOne’s UI, features, products, workflows, and use cases 
  • Translate scripts, concepts, and product information into clear, effective video content 
  • Contribute to script development and content planning, including helping shape flow, structure, and how information is best presented 
  • Bring creative ideas to presentation style and use case explanation while keeping content practical, clear, and aligned to audience needs  
  • Audit and update NinjaOne’s training video library to ensure video content is current and accurate 
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities at once while keeping timelines, deliverables, and updates organized 
  • Use tools like Asana to track work and maintain momentum across content projects 
  • Partner with multiple members of the Training & Enablement team and other stakeholders to bring alternative video and learning content to life 
  • Support written training and enablement content as needed 
  • Other duties as needed 
About You 
  • 2+ years of video editing experience 
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, DaVinci Resolve or similar non-linear editing tools 
  • Strong editing fundamentals, including pacing, structure, audio cleanup, and content polish 
  • Proven ability to turn scripts, product concepts, and use cases into engaging visual content 
  • Creative instincts and sound judgment for how to present information clearly and effectively 
  • Experience creating training, educational, onboarding, or product walkthrough content 
  • Familiarity with Asana, Vimeo, WorkRamp, or similar tools is a plus 
  • Experience with simple animation or motion graphics is a plus 
  • Hands-on experience with cameras, microphones, lighting, or other production equipment is a plus 
  • Familiarity with SaaS products is a plus 
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills 
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where priorities can shift 
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to multiple audiences
