What You'll Do
  • Lead creative projects across digital, bringing ideas to life with originality, strategic thinking, and precision using AI.
  • Lead and refine AI production workflows across projects, setting the standard for AI-integrated creative execution.
  • Own the content creation process end-to-end-from concept and scripting to execution-using AI as a creative accelerator.
  • Originate and pitch concepts that leverage the latest AI video and content technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to demonstrate how AI can solve complex or "impossible" creative briefs-faster, better, and more imaginatively.
  • Design and execute AI-driven social media strategies that grow reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Spot trends early and translate them into compelling, platform-native content.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and leadership teams to transform strategic ideas into engaging stories and campaigns.
  • Adapt content for different audiences while maintaining a cohesive brand voice and aesthetic.

  • 7+ years of experience in visual design, art direction, and creative strategy.

  • High degree in Graphic and/or Web Design, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A powerful design portfolio demonstrating originality, innovation, problem-solving, and personal expression, ideally including AI-enhanced work. Portfolio should include examples of visual design, branding, presentation decks, graphic design, print, and information visualization, AI solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Google AI models, VEO 3, OpenAI Nano Banana, Seedance, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with AI tools for content creation, ideation, editing, and trend analysis.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between traditional cinematic craft and the frontier of Generative AI.
  • Proven experience creating audiovisual content across digital channels.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Knowledge of designing social assets, visuals, video storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of what performs on each platform-and why.
  • Ability to hook trends, visuals, and data, turning ideas into scroll-stopping content that drives real results.
