Why Work with Us?

At Pearl, we're not just another recruiting firm-we connect you with exceptional opportunities to work alongside visionary US and EU founders. Our focus is on placing you in roles where you can grow, make an impact, and build a long-term career. We believe in creating environments where your potential is recognized, your voice matters, and your success is tied to meaningful work-not short-term perks. Joining Pearl means stepping into opportunities that challenge you, support you, and set you up for lasting success.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Creative Lead to serve as the primary video creator and on-site creative force behind the founders' personal brand and content strategy. This role exists to elevate the company's visual identity through cinematic, high-production video content that captures authentic founder storytelling. You will own the end-to-end video production process-from concept development to final delivery-while also providing creative direction across broader brand aesthetics.

This is a highly autonomous, execution-heavy role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on production expertise. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and leadership while leading creative direction for designers and interns. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and proactively drives content ideas before they are requested.

Your Impact

You will be instrumental in shaping and scaling the founders' digital presence through high-quality, engaging video content. Your work will directly contribute to audience growth, engagement, and brand positioning as a premium, high-authority voice.

You will build a proactive content engine-transitioning from reactive production to consistent video series and campaigns. Your creative direction will ensure brand consistency across all channels while elevating overall production quality. Ultimately, your output will drive visibility, virality, and stronger audience connection with the founders and company.

Core Responsibilities (with percentage allocations)

Video Production & Strategy - 60%

  • Direct and shoot high-quality, cinematic video content featuring founders in various settings (events, travel, daily operations)
  • Develop video concepts, series, and campaigns aligned with founder narratives and audience engagement goals
  • Execute advanced video editing from raw footage to polished, high-production deliverables
  • Manage the full video production lifecycle, including planning, scripting, shooting, editing, and delivery
  • Establish video workflows, best practices, and quality standards

Creative Leadership & Brand Direction - 25%

  • Define and maintain the overall creative vision and brand aesthetic across all content
  • Provide direction to Multimedia Artists for design and static content execution
  • Review and QA all creative outputs to ensure alignment with premium brand standards
  • Proactively pitch new creative concepts and opportunities
