The work

The SAP Data Conversion Consultant will support large, complex SAP data conversion activities across multiple functional areas. This role works closely with client teams to assess data quality, profile legacy data, and support data cleansing efforts in preparation for migration. The consultant will help define data migration solutions, assist in documenting technical specifications, and contribute to cutover planning and execution for conversion cycles. Cross‑process SAP experience is essential to ensure data integrity and consistency across modules.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze data quality, conduct data profiling, and support cleansing activities with the client
  • Assist in designing data migration solutions and developing data migration strategies
  • Create technical specification documents to support conversion development
  • Support the development and execution of cutover plans for data conversion activities
  • Collaborate across functional and technical teams to ensure alignment of conversion efforts
  • Contribute to cross‑process SAP data validation

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum 2 years of SAP ECC, IBP, and/or SRM data conversion experience
  • Experience with SAP cross‑process data structures and functional interactions
  • Ability to analyze legacy data, identify quality issues, and support remediation

Nice to have:

  • Experience participating in SAP S/4HANA migration activities
  • Familiarity with SAP data migration tools or accelerators
  • Exposure to data mapping, transformation logic, or cutover execution

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
