Job description

Description:Electrical Comfort Advisor (Sales Consultant)
Job Type: Full-time

Location: Pompano Beach, FL

Description$40,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

The Electrical Comfort Advisor is the face of our brand — a trusted expert who meets homeowners and business owners where they are, identifies electrical safety concerns, efficiency opportunities, and upgrade needs, and presents solutions that genuinely improve their homes and businesses.

This is not a transactional sales role. It is a consultative, relationship-driven position where your expertise, integrity, and customer-first mindset will drive your success.

You will run pre-set appointments generated by our in-house marketing engine, conduct thorough electrical assessments, and close premium electrical service and installation sales. Our top advisors earn well above six figures — and they do it by building trust, not pressure.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct in-home and on-site electrical consultations for residential and light commercial customers
  • Perform comprehensive electrical safety inspections and system evaluations
  • Identify opportunities for panel upgrades, service replacements, EV charger installations, whole-home surge protection, backup generator systems, lighting upgrades, smart home solutions, and other electrical improvements
  • Present customized electrical solutions tailored to customer needs, safety requirements, and budget considerations
  • Guide customers through financing options with confidence and transparency
  • Follow up with unsold leads and past customers to nurture long-term relationships
  • Collaborate closely with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (ServiceTitan or similar) for every appointment and interaction
  • Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and referral partner meetings
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can translate technical knowledge into simple, compelling conversations. You thrive in a performance-driven environment, take ownership of your results, and genuinely enjoy helping customers make informed decisions that improve the safety, functionality, and value of their homes and businesses.

Why Join Us?
  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
  • Pre-set, qualified appointments provided
  • Industry-leading training and development
  • Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization
  • Supportive team environment focused on customer satisfaction and employee success
  • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable)
  • Health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits
  • Paid time off and holidays

If you're a motivated sales professional who enjoys helping customers solve problems, building lasting relationships, and earning what you're worth, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:

Required

  • 2+ years of in-home, B2C, or home services sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to close $5,000–$25,000+ residential service or home improvement projects
  • Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills
  • Comfortable with technology and digital tools
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred
  • Electrical industry, home services, construction, or skilled trades background
  • Experience with large, custom homes
  • Experience with ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
  • Knowledge of residential electrical systems, panel upgrades, generators, EV chargers, surge protection, and lighting solutions
  • Electrical certification, apprenticeship experience, or technical training
  • Experience presenting financing options and closing in-home sales
  • Familiarity with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and electrical safety best practices
