Location: Jacksonville, FL (onsite)

Travel availability to Jacksonville (Southeast US preferred)

10+ Yrs of experience as True BA orientation - owns requirements, not configuration
5+ years SAP EWM (or WM) Business Analysis experience
Regulated industry experience - GxP, SOX, CSV, FDA 21 CFR Part 11
Master Data or Internal Process specialization (per role)
Strong artifact discipline - Jira, Signavio, BPS, traceability
Testing readiness ownership - Dry Run, BST, UAT
Operates independently under BPO leadership
Comfortable partnering with Consulting/System Integrator (SI) configuration teams
Strong stakeholder facilitation - BPOs, SMEs, warehouse users
Highly Desirable
Prior Healthcare / Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Medical Device domain experience
