  • Providing Salesforce.com Admin and Technical Support to the Salesforce Service cloud and Communities portal for our Client
  • Support resolving issues and in providing enhancement including design approach, development and testing.
  • Work with Client's Support Service's Knowledge Management expert on new initiatives, by participating in requirement gathering, analysis, proposing solutions and performing development activities helping to improve the online support experience and call deflection through self-help resources and tools.
  • Maintaining the agent console and adding / improving the internal and external user experience of the CRM system
