Job Title: Data Analyst (Experience in banking domain)
Position Open: 4
Location: Mount Laurel, New Jersey - Day 1 Onsite (hybrid)
Experience: Relevant experience of 5+ years
Job Description:
Our client is looking for 8+ years of overall IT experience and at least 5+ years in performing the role of Business or Data Analyst in banking domain.
  1. Elicit, analyze, and interpret business and data requirements to develop system specifications.
  2. Work with multiple teams across ETL, QA, Data Stewards to come up with interface documents that support development of applications and processes.
  3. Work with technology/project teams to understand the business meaning of data, provide analysis and requirements so that data design is fully understood and the development initiatives are in line with intended design and standards.
  4. Work with Business stakeholders to perform data mapping of critical Wealth Management data elements between source and target systems.
  5. Understand the Wealth management data model including accounts, transactions, positions, tax lots, etc.
  6. Understand the Wealth management process flows and business capabilities to link it to the data flows.
  7. Deliver business or enterprise data deliverables (that adhere to enterprise frameworks) for various platforms/servers/applications/systems.
  8. Provide data analysis and requirements for the platforms that are part of the scope of work.
  9. Provide a strong understanding of banking applications like commercial servicing/origination, retail banking.
  10. Develop, maintain knowledge of data available from upstream sources and data within various platforms.
  11. Help development and testing teams resolve data issues.
  12. Support the user community by helping them interpret data.
  13. Engage with data managers, stewards and owners to implement, maintain, enhance data governance, quality and related policies, aligning with TD's standards and frameworks.
  14. Showcase excellent communication skills to support engagement with multiple stakeholders
  15. Knowledge of ETL/Data Analytics applications/platforms is a plus.
  16. Experience with FIS, FISERV, SEI SWP, Trust 3000, CRM, Envestnet, Broadridge and banking applications is a plus.
