This role offers broad exposure to both sides of the transaction-acquisitions and dispositions-as well as greenfield development, traditional project finance and plays a key role in shaping the financial strategy for a range of asset classes, including solar, BESS, EV infrastructure, and powered land.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and optimize project- and fund-level financial models, ensuring alignment with underwriting assumptions, capital structures, and RFP requirements
  • Support execution of M&A transactions (buy- and sell-side), including valuation, modeling, due diligence, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders

  • Familiarity with tax equity structures (e.g., partnership flip) and renewable energy financing mechanics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams under tight timelines with precision
  • Proactive, collaborative approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • The candidate must be based in San Francisco, Miami, or New York City
