• Conduct regular one-on-one therapy sessions with clients through our user-friendly online platform, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Utilize assessment tools to identify clients’ unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Monitor client progress diligently, providing feedback and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client records in compliance with confidentiality regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment, referring clients to external resources as appropriate.
• Stay attuned to ethical and legal standards, navigating the complexities of mental healthcare provision with professionalism and integrity.

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various age groups and backgrounds who are seeking support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will engage with clients to not only address their immediate concerns but also empower them with coping strategies and skills to enhance their overall well-being.

• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required, laying a solid foundation for your mental health practice.
• Active licensure as a mental health therapist in Washington State is mandatory. Candidates must possess one of the following credentials: LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy, showcasing your ability to develop therapeutic relationships that facilitate client growth and healing.
• Proficient in utilizing technology to conduct remote therapy sessions effectively and maintain organized documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to connect with clients, comprehend their needs, and communicate therapeutic insights effectively.
• An ability to work autonomously while thriving in a team-based remote setting, contributing to a collaborative culture.

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is highly desirable, as it offers familiarity with managing a variety of client cases and treatment methodologies.
• Comfort with mental health software tools that facilitate session documentation and maintain client engagement.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and commitment to client care.
