• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Provide ongoing consultation for crisis management, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.
• Complete all necessary documentation quickly and in accordance with regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance at all times.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to inform treatment strategies and decisions, collaborating with clinical teams to implement positive behavior support plans.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining professional standards.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating access to vital resources.
• Establish strong lines of communication with stakeholders to enhance contract performance and promote our mission within the community.
• Network with local, state, and federal agencies to identify and secure funding sources, partnerships, and programs that benefit our clients.
• Engage in professional development activities to advance your skills, including attending workshops, conferences, and participating in statewide committees related to your field of expertise.
• Promote our agency's mission, values, and principles to both clients and the community at large, reinforcing our commitment to mental health advocacy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support our operations and client care initiatives.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals seeking help for emotional health challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from acquired brain injuries. Your expertise and empathetic approach will be crucial in fostering therapeutic relationships that enable clients to navigate their life journeys, enhancing their well-being and facilitating their recovery.

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required to ensure a foundational understanding of psychological principles and practices.
• Possession of an independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license is essential for providing therapy and counseling services.

While the minimum qualifications include the required education and licensing, we prefer candidates who have prior experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of evidence-based practices. Experience with telehealth and remote counseling is also highly advantageous, as it enhances your ability to connect with clients effectively.
