Our Operations team expertly handles administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional therapeutic care without the distractions of daily operations. You will have access to a supportive Admissions and Assessment team, ensuring that your calendar is consistently filled to match your preferences.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions with clients, adhering to best practices in mental health care.
• Facilitating group sessions, ensuring an engaging and supportive environment for up to eight clients to foster deep connections and healing.
• Participating in collaborative case discussions with other clinicians to share insights and improve therapeutic techniques.
• Providing detailed assessments and treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

Your primary focus will be working with adolescents and young adults, who are seeking therapy to navigate various mental health challenges. This position allows you to develop meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their individual journeys and guiding them toward sustainable healing.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Possession of a valid state-issued mental health license (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) is imperative for this role.
• Availability to provide between 12 and 40 hours of therapy per week, depending on whether you prefer a 1099 contract or a W2 employment arrangement.
• For a W2 position, full-time availability with some evening and weekend hours is required to accommodate group sessions and individual or family therapy.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Previous experience in a remote therapy environment or telehealth delivery.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a focus on adolescent mental health.
• Experience with substance use disorder treatment strategies and training in mental health assessment tools.

Renewal Mind Psychotherapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
