Claims Management Incorporated is a growing company that provides plaintiff paralegal services for attorneys who handle cases for injured people in throughout great Washington State area. We are interested in hiring candidates that have previous Bodily Injury Claim Adjuster/Negotiation experience, who know the ins and outs of the adjuster/insurance bodily injury industry

Claims Settlement Negotiator:

The ideal candidate will be proficient in building a case and negotiating settlements, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while handling a high-volume case load. Excellent writing and organization skills are essential

Candidate must also be able to work in a team environment, be punctual, and exercise patience and self-control while working under pressure. Attention to detail and high-quality work product are imperative. 3-6 years of personal injury experience or insurance claims adjuster is preferred, but not required if the right candidate applies. Bi-lingual is a huge plus but not required

Compensation: Pay subject to experience and can range from 30.00 - 58.00+ per hour, increasing with tenure and promotions in lead roles.

Bonuses: Bonuses are based on settlements generated monthly and can range from $250.00 - $7500.00 per month

  • Proficiency with Word Perfect, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Maintain professional demeanor on the phone and in all business communications
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ensure that all disbursements are accurate and up to date
  • Correspond with attorneys, clients, medical providers and insurance carriers over the phone and through email
